By signing up for Danny Boy's FREE PIZZA FOR A YEAR giveaway, you agree to the following terms:

1. Email Consent

   By submitting your information, you consent to receive emails from Danny Boy’s, including (but not limited to) updates about the giveaway, exclusive offers, promotional content, and pizza-related news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails—but we’ll miss you.

2. Eligibility
   • You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
   • You must be a legal resident of Ohio.
   • Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
3. No Purchase Necessary

   Signing up is free. No purchase is required to enter or win.

4. Giveaway Details
   • “Free Pizza for a Year” is defined as one (1) free pizza per week for 52 weeks, redeemable via in-store pickup or delivery (delivery fees may apply).
   • Offer not transferable or redeemable for cash.
   • Danny Boy’s reserves the right to substitute the prize with something of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection

   Winners will be selected at random and notified via email. If we don’t hear back within 7 days, another winner may be chosen.

6. Liability

   Danny Boy's is not responsible for:

   • Technical issues, server errors, or lost entries.
   • Any injuries caused by excessive pizza joy.
   • Taxes, if applicable (that’s between you and the tax man).

   • By entering, you agree to hold Danny Boy’s, its affiliates, employees, and pizza makers harmless from any claims or damages that may arise from participation.
